Jocelyn is a realtor, active investor, and host of the Break Free Real Estate Podcast.
In 2017 she graduated college and became a high school teacher. Jocelyn retired after 4 years of teaching due to her success in real estate. Jocelyn now has dozens of rentals and has created a life of financial freedom for herself.
Jocelyn now focuses on helping to educate others on how to create financial freedom. She is the author of the book Break Free: Design a Life of Financial Freedom where she teaches the reader how to set their life up for financial success.
When she is not busy with real estate Jocelyn is the head softball coach at a high school in Utah. She loves all types of sports and has her purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Jocelyn loves spending time at home with her bernadoodle puppy and partner.
David T. Robinson, CEO and Founder of Canovo Capital, is an active investor, broker, and host of The Lead Sponsor podcast.
As a broker and investor, David has been directly involved in over 350 million in real estate transactions. He has led top-producing real estate sales teams and managed a leading national franchise brokerage. He holds an active real estate broker’s license in the state of Utah. At Canovo Capital, David oversees all due diligence/acquisitions, capital raising efforts, investor relations, and asset management for his firm.
When he’s not neck-deep in an exciting real estate transaction, he spends his time with his wife of 17 years, their 4 children, and their golden doodle. He enjoys coaching youth football, trips to the cabin at Duck Creek Village, Utah, and sweating through hard workouts at Crossfit XD.
